I'm betting that you haven't ever seen the words "Spiritual" and "Leadership" used together in the same sentence when addressing business or management issues. But that is exactly the point.  

At the Leadership and Spirituality Summit, we acknowledge that we are all spiritual beings, striving for greater purpose and meaning in our lives through the work that we do.
