Sales Administrator

Role Objective: To assist in the Sales process through production of proposals and work orders, along with associated templates.  Manage Sales Pipeline and maintain CRM Database.

Position Details

SureTech is a growing IT start-up serving small to medium-sized businesses nationwide. We currently have one Sales Administrator position available on our Business Analysis team. Position offers opportunity to work with a variety of businesses through the sales, on boarding and services delivery process.


Tasks Overview:

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone or in writing
  • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain customer comfortls
  • Document changes to client Knowledge Base, such as computer or software changes.  Changes are documented in Excel and in Visio forma
  • Provide quote assistance to Sales Team using Dynamics
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Research and gather data for technicians to help facilitate service tickets
  • Work with customers by phone to troubleshoot basic IT problems when appropriate (training for this level of support will be provided)
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Existing familiarity with Dynamics, Autotask, Visio or HTML a plus
  • Work after-hours and occasional weekends, when scheduled
