We are looking for a Social Media Maven (SMM) to be responsible for spreading the customer experience accross the interwebs wherever our services may be valued.  This includes working on content within and visiting the major social and business channels where we may provide useful insights and service to prospects, partners and friends.  The SMM will report to the CEO and should be able to:


  • Develop SEO strategy and manage targeted SEO campaigns
  • Manage twitter and all major social feed membership, outreach and conversations
  • Write compelling, strategic press releases
  • Understand and manage AdWords and other PPC campaigns
  • Understand and manage newsletters, CMS and mailing systems
  • Be extremely comfortable in local social and networking events talking about our services and value
  • Be an excellent project manager comfortable with Microsoft Project and managing disparate onsite and offsite team groups
  • Still believe you can make the world a better place by doing good before doing well



  • Terrific phone etiquette, interpersonal skills and customer relations ability 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Professional, organized, flexible, and stress resistant 
  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and strong organization skills 
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills as needed and comfort with technology

  • Process creation and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of AutoTask, Microsoft Project, Visio and MS Dynamics CRM a plus.
