Outsourcing particular security tasks to specialized companies:

- Financial data encryption

Password management (online tools such as LastPass were mentioned)

- Physical backup that is replicated in multiple locations

User training in order to recognize and prevent potential attacks

- Data security is complex and multilayered
- It is best left managed by trusted partners and an eye to integration of multiple solutions.
