If you have been using Microsoft Outlook before signing up for SureMail service, you can still import your mail, calendar and contacts into your SureMail.  First you need to double check the location where the files you want to import are stored on your computer.  You can do this by going to File --> Data File Management  Under the Data Files tab should be a list of Personal Folder Files (.pst) located in Outlook. If there is more than one .pst file find the file you wish to import and note the location it is stored in.

After learning the location of the .pst file press Close. Next you go to File --> Import and Export In the Import and Export window select Import from another program or file and press Next.

In the Import a File window that appears, scroll down and choose Personal Folder File (.pst) and press Next.

The Import Personal Folders window appears and you will need to direct the program to the location where the .pst file you are importing is stored. Hit Browse and find the .pst file you wish to import. After you find the file, choose how you would like the duplicates to be handled and then press Next.

Now choose what folders you want to import. If you want to import everything you have stored in Outlook choose the top-level folder and make sure the Include subfolders box is checked. Next with Import items into the same folder selected, pick your SureMail.

Click Finish. The import process will begin, after which your old mail, contacts, ect. will be in your SureMail.
