The temperatures have been bitter cold; New Year’s initiatives have launched, and likely by this point in mid-February, you are either hitting your stride or in a serious place of questioning. So wondering if you are “Losing Faith” in a process, place, person, or yourself?

Faith n. Trust, confidence, system of beliefs
Originally in the mid 13th century, faith was detailed as the duty of fulfilling ones trust.

Faith in the Bible has many references from the mustard seed to alignment with righteousness.

In athletic events such as a running race, you can frequently see the expression on an athlete’s mind when they have lost faith that they can beat an opponent. In business, there is a clear moment of time when a Board of Directors has lost faith in a leader. A manager may vacillate, but quite often there is a precious moment when one can see that Faith is lost.

In a big stretch assumption, most individuals associated with ANE reading this message are likely to hang on to Faith in a professional situation longer than is helpful. Most processes, places, people, and even you do not just get better with time. We, you, they, must do something Bold to keep, maintain, or grow The Faith. If the Faith has been lost, it may not be the wrong idea to go in a different direction. Remember that most of you, us are inclined to “under” rather than “over” react.

Knowing that the proclivity to “under react” is there, make sure you recalibrate your responses accordingly. If you have lost faith in one of the areas, maybe it should have already happened.  Now ANE members can help you walk through with increased clarity and more importantly start charting a new direction.

Do not rest or stop when Faith has been lost in one area, for your Inner Core needs new actions and direction for you to have A New Equilibrium!
