Harvest-Results of the previous actions or behavior, the result exertion or labor; gain; reward.  To be occupied bringing in a harvest

Sustainability-To provide somebody with nourishment or the necessities of life, to make something continue to exist, Sustained performance results emerge from being a spiritual leader who has the greater good of people and the organization at heart.

For 20 years, Ellyn Ito has used her background in HR management to mitigate risks and enhance operations in organizations experiencing growth and contraction. Ms. Ito has held multiple leadership positions helping companies leverage their human capital. Having served in executive roles, Ms. Ito has had broad operational experience including sales/marketing, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and business restructuring. Ms. Ito believes that it is important to create opportunities for those less fortunate -- particularly women and girls who's sphere of influence is so critical to the well-being of their children, their children's children, their homes, and communities. That passion led Ms. Ito to start the nonprofit Seeds to Sew International, Inc. She is also founder and executive of sigma integrated resources, hr management firm.

Ms. Ito is SPHR certified, holds a dual-major bachelor of arts in Anthropology and English Literature from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She lives in Hopewell with her husband, Daniel Sigman, and her two school-aged children.
