It is that time of year...towns lucky enough to have professional or college football are geared up and ready to go. Millions of dollars are spent on official team gear and clothing by fans. Why?? They enjoy the sense of togetherness and the thrill of being part of something bigger than themselves, not only for their team but for their community. The team spirit is a great analogy to our working and family lives. How do we get that same spirit for our companies and our family?

We as leaders should aspire to have a fan base in our organizations. People who will encourage each other to achieve a business victory. People who stick together in good times and bad times. Ultimately, create a sense of community that fosters relationships that achieve our organizations' highest aspirations. Want to get started on building upon your inner spirit to inspire others around you? Want to learn how to use some tools to get closer to building that team spirit in your organization?

A New Equilibrium (ANE) is a group of leaders who are searching for answers on how to harness the power of Inspiration to succeed in life and business with purpose. To find out more about us, why not join us on Thursday, September 20th to meet fellow business leaders at our next Inspired Hour and enjoy your time...learning how not only to choose the right path, but maximize the experience in the process.

Your colleagues, spouse, and friends are very welcome to join us. It's a great way to get to know ANE, make some good contacts, and walk away with a renewed energy. Snacks will be provided and there is a cash bar.
