Happy New Year to you all,

As we shared with you before Christmas we are planning 2 ANE conference calls in January. The plan is to create a community of leaders who can support and encourage each other on our individual journeys to be better leaders.

Focus on one of the seven engagers (enclosed) at each call giving the opportunity to share and discuss Keep the call sharp and short to give us each a burst of inspiration in the working week!

As such this is an exploration for us as a UK group to see how the proposed approach & timing works and see how we can further build our community of leaders. As with all our activities so far this is aimed at helping us all to bring our inner spirit to bear on our tough day to day situations.

The first call is on Monday 10th January at 9pm and is followed with the next on Wednesday 26th January also at 9pm. We aim to finish at 930 pm. Our focus for the first call is the first engager: I am calm - "What are the nagging worries and anxieties getting in the way of my inner state of peace and surrender?"

Our structure will be for a few of us to share our experiences of how we engage or disengage and to follow with discussion.
