My blocks

When I compartmentalize my roles (rather than flow) from Reiki Master to Project Manager/Sales/Marketing, I often find it hard to stay Higher Self centered, being okay over here but not so much over there, particularly if things are not going quite right or I am juggling too many projects, or I don't get the feedback that lets me know I'm on track.  Sometimes I begin to second guess myself, worry if people are benefiting from my decisions and direction, all sorts of thoughts and voices start chattering in my head causing me to stall, or worse revert to old behaviors or judgements based in the past rather than in the now, instead of moving forward in partnership with my Higher Self growing, learning and being fulfilled.

The Tools

Work Prayer and Questions allows a few things to happen for me: I take a break and quiet my mind, reminding myself of my Higher Purpose, and realign that Purpose in the context of my work day.  The commitment questions are used for self awareness.  I read them over once a day, focusing on one of them, looking deeper into my responses/actions in the day to see what I will learn about my connection to my Higher Self and my performance.  Do I face the issues or did I stick my head in the refrigerator and eat, point fingers, allow other people's judgements to block my progress, or did I look deeper inside working with my Higher Source to bring sound resolve for My Greater Good and those I am working with/for that is alignment with my chosen Purpose.

The Calibration Tool

I focus on the "feelings" that are associated from not very well to really good.  I gauge where I am on the grid, once identified with the emotion or feeling of the statement I put into place the things I need to do to move more toward the right and elevate me towards my Greatest Good.  The statements used gravitate towards "team leadership" the important thing is for me to identify with the feeling of the statement rather than to the literal.  I have been using it for about a month now and it has helped me get back on track quickly and have a more fulfilling experience at the same, shifting from WORK to PURPOSE.
